Meet Our Co-founder

Frankie Picasso
Co-founder & Vice President (Americas) for G-Woman Media™
Frankie Picasso is a Canadian media personality, social entrepreneur, author, artist, humanitarian and internationally recognized advocate for women’s empowerment and social impact. She is the Co-Founder and Vice President, Americas of G-Woman Media, where she helps advance the organization’s mission to amplify women’s voices, expand global opportunities and create media that informs, inspires and connects women across cultures and continents.
A natural storyteller and experienced broadcaster, Frankie is the founder of The Good Radio Network, a socially conscious media platform known as “Radio That Does a World of Good.” She is the host of Mission Unstoppable and FrankieSense & More, and co-host of The G-Spot on G-Woman Radio. Through hundreds of interviews with entrepreneurs, artists, authors, activists, thought leaders and everyday changemakers, Frankie has built a reputation for creating conversations that are thoughtful, honest, uplifting and unafraid to explore difficult subjects.
Her Work & Expertise
Frankie’s career has rarely followed a conventional path. She was the first female professional kickboxing promoter in the world, producing championship events, managing an ISKA world champion and helping women claim space in a male-dominated industry. Her professional background also includes photojournalism, sales and marketing, investigations, coaching, mediation, organizational development, communications and government service.
As an accredited coach, master coach trainer and board-certified hypnotherapist, Frankie has spent decades helping people challenge limiting beliefs, reclaim their confidence and take meaningful action. She has trained and mentored coaches internationally and is known for combining compassion, directness, humour and an unwavering belief in human potential.
Frankie is the author of four books, including Midlife Mojo, No Bull Allowed, For Want of 40 Pounds and I Bared My Chest. Her writing explores reinvention, courage, self-leadership, resilience and the often messy process of becoming who we were meant to be. She is also a visual artist whose work has been exhibited and sold through Fine Art America.
Social impact is at the heart of Frankie’s work. She is the former Executive Director of Girl Power USA and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Rural to Action, an African NGO focused on community-led development. Her advocacy has supported women, children, education, animal welfare and underserved communities around the world. She is also developing The World Supply Tent, a global social-impact ecosystem designed to connect real human needs with available resources, trusted local leaders, expertise and sustainable solutions.
Frankie’s commitment to resilience is deeply personal. After surviving a catastrophic motorcycle accident that left her with extensive injuries and required six months of hospitalization, she rebuilt her life and continued pursuing her work with determination and purpose. Rather than allowing adversity to define her limits, she used it to deepen her belief that people can rise, reinvent themselves and create meaningful change at any stage of life.
Across every chapter of her career, Frankie has remained committed to one central idea: media should do more than entertain. It should open minds, create connection, elevate unheard voices and move people toward action.
At G-Woman Media, Frankie brings together her experience as a broadcaster, entrepreneur, coach, creative and humanitarian to help build a global platform where women are not simply included in the conversation—they help lead it..
